This salad is not only delicious, but also useful – rich in natural vitamins, vegetable fats and proteins (from shrimps). Now I will tell you my recipe for this great salad.

Recipe for avocado salad dressing

I use for the salad dressing extra virgin olive or organic hemp oil. Mix Lime or Lemon juice with 2 tbsp oil. You can add to salad dressing chopped dried Provencal herbs (basil, mint, oregano) for a pleasant aroma.

Delicious Avocado & Shrimp Salad

Remove the shells and heads from the shrimp. In a frying pan heat the vegetable oil and lightly fry the prawns for 1-2 minutes. Shrimp ready to put on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. In a salad bowl put the fried shrimp, add diced red onion and avocado pulp. Add the salad dressing, one punch of salt & black pepper and mix all.

Serve the salad at the table and enjoy delicious easy shrimp avocado salad!
